Acura rdx is a part of the great family of off-road cars, and has a 2,3-liter 4-cylinder engine capable of developing a high torsion torque: 352,5 Nm at 4 500 rev per min. But, at that, the car consumes less fuel, than its competitors with a V6 under the cowl. Acura RDX? Having a turbodiesel of the power of 240 h.p., it consumes 10,9 l of fuel per 100 km in the mixed cycle.

In 2007, the engineers of Honda plan a possible installation of a V-shaped "six"-engine on RDX of the 2007 model line. Sales of Acura RDX in Russia will start not so soon, though the price of Acura RDX is between 32,000 - 38,000 dollars and quite corresponds to the level of the car.
